Is anyone actually sure that Tate will be receiving a scholarship? I know the article stated so but not relying on that as a source. regardless if he is on a schollie or not but the fact that he’s playing in a women’s league is so wrong in all facets. He should join the men’s league where he will be deemed USELESS. You know all about being ”USELESS”

This is so wrong. Another real woman losing a scholarship from a biological man. NCAA must put a stop to this. The feelings of the majority is far more important than the feelings of minority. Is anyone actually sure that Tate will be receiving a scholarship? I know the article stated so but not relying on that as a source. . Who knows from info provided. All I know is the pendulum is already starting to swing back cause of people like Riley gains. More people are having the strength to voice themselves and not be attacked into silence. You have seen certain sports leagues national that have said no more biological males in womens sports. They did offer a transgender league which is the fairest way to everyone. You can’t respect one groups feelings at the detriment of another group. If people want the fairest thing this is it to make another division. Then anyone in it makes choice to be there and arnt forced. They’re many biological women who are uncomfortable with biological males in their sports and locker rooms. And just because people are able to silence many of these people through fear doesn’t mean it’s not there. If we are gonna base things off peoples feelings ( which I think is stupid) then fine but do it fairly. Account for everyone’s feelings. Not just one group

I have not posted on the matter in the past, at least not in this forum. I believe I quite some time ago say something favorable about Riley Gaines in the Off The Net forum. I don't misgender anyone. I refer to men/boys as men/boys and women/girls as women/girls. However, I refuse to affirm the delusion of the mentally ill. I'm not sure what fraudulent act I've committed. Perhaps you can inform me. I've never claimed to be empathetic. I do however know the difference between right and wrong, and therefore know it is wrong to subject children to sexualization or any form of sexual abuse. You can’t rationalize with delusional people. They’re always people that are gonna see through the mass psychosis and those people are always attacked because they are a threat to opening peoples eyes to reality and not a fantasy that’s used to control people Delusional and psychotic?

There are actually many cases that show that there cases of people who do not fit neatly into being biologically male or female. The term for this is Intersex and is much more common than realized. But to maintain simplicity for the simple-minded, we can move forward with the idea that there are two dominant categories of sex assigned at birth, being both male and female. This is pretty widely accepted by many- I won't deny that. The discourse lies with the understanding of the difference between sex (assigned at birth) and gender. Gender is a social construct, as is race. We've created stereotypes/expectations/norms around people tied to their sex at birth. For example, there's a social expectation that people born male should grown into manhood (masculinity, fatherhood, attraction to woman, specific interests). All of this created by society. Think about "gender reveal" parties (which are actually sex reveal). For boys, you will see things like camouflage or toy trucks and action figures. For girls, there are lots of pink and bright colors, Barbie dolls, etc. So before the child is born, we have already assigned interests and expectations on how they should go through life. But again, this is arbitrary and socially constructed. There is nothing inherently feminine about the color pink, we have just decided that. Gender identity/expression is about one's connection to societal expectations placed on them in relation to their sex assigned at birth. Gender identity is one's self conviction of being a man, woman, neither, or blend of both. Gender expression would be the physical manifestation of that conviction through clothing, hair, voice, etc. This isn't about denial of two biological sexes, but rather opposition to the idea that how you dress, what your interests are, the role in society you play, your career path, etc. should be determined by what reproductive tract you have. I don’t disagree with any of what you said but why can’t, in the case of sports, competitors be categorized by XX and XY? Well 1) not everyone fits neatly into that distinction and 2) why is that distinction specifically the best one to use? Why not categorize by height or weight or other physical features that could potentially give someone an advantage over someone else?

It’s what determines sex.

Man, reading the comments from HappyVolley and boof are a REALLY solid reminder of why I got the heck out of central PA. And for the record, please don’t attribute their capacity for being horrible to the rest of the Penn State fan base. Oh geez. You’re so enlightened. More bullying because they don’t agree with you. They actually have some really great valid commonsense points. This is not about being anti-trans. This is about fairness to each sport.

It’s hard to want to engage in conversation with someone who won’t even approach the conversation with decency and respect. I mean what’s respectable with this topic? This is the problem. These people want to live in a fatantsy world where they think everyone can respect everyone and show respect. Sure that would be nice but that’s not reality. People continually want to push for this fantasy. It’s why I have said people need to understand human nature. People keep thinking they can somehow change human nature. Human nature is not all sunshine and rainbows. People are too wrapped up in trying to make things as they think they should be rather then how it really is.
