y’all would like an outside or libero right? Sofia Maldonado Diaz is in the portal, not sure if y’all remember, but she went 13-1-26 (.462), with 4 blocks and 6 digs in a sweep loss against y’all! Idk she hit .192 for the season, seems to be pretty high error |

No need for a .192 hitter considering Orzol hits around .200 herself, unless she provides some other things to make up for offense (defense, good serve receive, or has a wicked serve). |

A libero please. I assume she plays Libero as well similarly to Julia? If she's elite in SR and in defending then yes otherwise we're better off with someone who can SR and defend. |

Can't make it this year, so would appreciate a recap. btw, the players are usually dressed to the nines |

She would more than fit-the-bill as a third or fourth OH on the roster, and we only have three OHs on the roster right now. I’m not sure she would beat-out Orzol for OH2, but she would be competitive. |

I posted this last year around this time and now curious after another season how it’s maybe changed, but what would people put as their all time best starting lineup for Wisconsin? Obviously Franklin earned a spot this year. Did booth/Smrek/ anyone else earn a spot in your mind? Rules are it is everyone’s college peak (whatever year they were the best). I think my team will be quite recent as I’ve only been a fan a few years: S: Carlini (backup Hilley) OH: Franklin and haggerty (ds civita) RS: Smrek and demps as DS like I’m 2021 MB: Rettke and booth L: Barnes Some backups MB: Williams, Nelson RS: Devyn or at MB OH: bates, morales L/DS: bates again, Morey Again, I am 100 percent missing people, more educated people fix my teams Love Barnes but I might take Clarky. |

With the banquet on Saturday, who are we thinking for the Most Improved and BringIt awards?
My thoughts:
-Most Improved: Frank. Honestly - her progression from last year to NPOY is amazing.
-BringIt: Oz. Give up hitting to be the libero and then knock it out of the park.

I like Frank for most improved but honorable mention M.J./Smrek. That improved connection was lethal. Just my opinion but they ought to rename the Bring It award the C.C. and that's that. |

Julianna Dalton is in the portal?? Just saw this on the transfer thread, would badgers be interested/is she a good fit??
Edit** Her hiring percentage is also poor & even worse than .192 at a Career (Pitt) .163

Edit** Her hiring percentage is also poor & even worse than .192 at a Career (Pitt) .163 Dalton rarely played front row at Pitt hitting percentages have to be taken in context too. Sofia was the focal point of Arizona’s offense, and Dalton barely played any front row and was used primarily as a DS. Orzol was never the hitter other teams keyed in on like they did Sofia |
