The University of Washington opened single match ticket sales today, July 22. However, one can't buy single tickets to the Husker match on November 9th. To get tickets for that match, one has to buy a 3-5 match "partial plan" package. This is from their web site:
"To purchase tickets for the Nebraska match you must purchase season tickets or a partial plan. Current Volleyball season ticket holders can call in to purchase up to an additional eight (8) Nebraska tickets" When it comes to attendence, Nebraska is the Caitliyn Clark of college volleyball.

Football used to be the same as well... secondary tickets for Nebraska at USC in 2006 were so high, it made more sense to buy season tickets for USC. Use the Nebraska ticket and sell the rest to make back your money.

They made a rule that no tickets would be sold to Nebraska addresses. It didn't work. We got tickets through friends in Kansas and the crowd was about 50-50 with Husker and K-State fans.

Possibly an indication of Cook's starting lineup? Keeping the starters home practicing for the season opener vs KY Practices start before it and then they’re quickly flying out, attending and flying back. I think it’s just these are the two seniors on the team besides Lexi and Merritt who already both went last year. Leyla too but she’s new and not a captain so it would be odd if she went over those two. Agree - with Lexi they are the four-year Huskers. And all are academic grad students and seniors for eligibility. Hope the same happens for Allick next year.

My first ever Nebraska game was in Manhattan. We couldn't afford tickets in Memorial Stadium, so dad drove me hours and hours down to KSU for a game. Swell time. I remember seeing bright, starry Orion out the window as we drove down there.

John Cook updates Murray's status on the team: Nebraska volleyball's Harper Murray will be available to play for the Huskers as they start their 2024-25 season and will no longer be suspended after her offseason legal troubles. “Harper has been proactive in taking steps to take responsibility for her mistakes,” coach John Cook said in a statement to the Journal Star. “This summer she has demonstrated through her commitment to community service and through her involvement in helping lead our youth camps that she is ready and willing to learn from this. Harper and her teammates are looking forward to our first practice on Aug. 5 and to playing in the AVCA First Serve Showcase."

The only unfortunate part of this article is that practices start August 5. Still feel like the sport deserves more.
