Sorry but I don't know how to post pics on here but it looks like Harper who we all know made an error in judgement this summer but she went above and beyond at the fan day event when some girls were turned away without any autographs and she was able to get their attention and asked them to wait. She went over to them and spoke with them and Jordan went over as well and they gave them hugs. Something those young ladies will never forget.

Thoughts on Red-shirting Olivia? I think it makes total sense. I think it’s very clear that Laney is the heir apparent to Lexi. Olivia is a talent on the court, and a local product. Having her for an extra year would allow her to sport the libero jersey for 2 years as a matured upper classman. I think it’s of course possible she out competes Laney for the spot, but I just don’t see that happening… If Laney or Lexi get hurt (god forbid) you have Maise right there who has made remarkable strides. Just my unasked for 2 cents. Coach Cook has mentioned in the past that she's too good to redshirt. I'm not so certain Laney is the heir apparent. I think there's going to be very stiff competition for that spot and it's going to make both of them better. |

Earlier Today Sadly, there are reports that the Huskers ran out of time before they ran out of fans that wanted to meet them. I feel for those who waited in line for hours only to be disappointed. If you want to see how far Andi has come, there is a video on YouTube of Brighton H.S. Varsity Match from 3 years ago. Husker Jen said that the Husker staff was really interested, so I tried to watch her on NFHS network and quit after 3 matches as the setter rarely used her and it was bad VB. Fortunately, in her next club season, Andi started to show Houghtelling's coaching influence and became a top option for that setter. (They are the Bulldogs and wear red and black.)
