During the Minnesota - Wisconsin broadcast, Ehman put out her non-conference 1st team selections based on performance so far ...the two middles selected were Jackson and Colvin, two players she omitted from her preseason top 20 list. Great lineup of matches tonight. Great scheduling by the B1G Would have made more sense to split up Penn State/Purdue and Wisconsin/Minnesota, and split up Rutgers/Iowa and Maryland/Northwestern. |

Ehman's trying to (or is charged with) promoting the sport of (college) volleyball at the grassroot level. you sophisticated aficionados need to get off her case and let her do her job. it's like a bunch of college math professors criticizing the inaccuracy or incompleteness in a math club sponsor's presentation to a group of elementary school students. I feel like she created a lot of interesting content and is doing a great job at what she's supposed to do.

Freshman Avery Jesewitz is a starting OH for Rutgers after a lot of us Minnesota folks were wondering if she was even going to play volleyball after three state championships with Olivia and Stella Swenson at Wayzata HS. No one really knew what her recruitment was looking like then all of a sudden she's at Rutgers lol So go Rutgers! |
