Did I miss something? Kyndal Stowers is not on Baylor 2024 roster? she still has Baylor vb in her IG bio 🤔… does anyone with portal access know if she’s in there? Or is it possibly medical?

It's got to be medical. She was concussed so much of this past year and maybe she just decided to medically retire.

Oh wow, that’s huge… definitely assuming it’s medical as she is still on campus participating in activities with the team/athletics this week. That would be devastating if she’s having to retire so early into her promising career.
Without Stowers, Baylor really only has McGhee and Murphy as outsides, with Keene being the backup option.

With the new roster updates, my projected lineup would be:
OH: McGhee OH: Murphy MB: Bibinbe MB: Davis or Andrew OPP: Sczech S: Barrett-Frazier L: Briseno DS: Keene
Not sure who Keene will DS for, could be either outside or the opposite. Baylor may use Ulufatu or Crain as DS's as well.
BU will have a big lineup, with everyone at the net being at least 6'2. I am most worried about passing, however. Briseno and Keene will be solid but I am not sure who will pass between McGhee and Murphy, unless both only play 3 rotations.

Wtf I’m so late. Noooooo it’s so sad It’s reminding me of the Julia Scoles situation at UNC. Had a fantastic freshman year but had to switch to beach after concussions sidelined her indoors.

As for setter - what are the chances Kreck gets the job? She certainly was a major talent coming out of HS that one would hope could take over for Carlson.
