Pretty well played spring match. Kubik played well, because she is pretty good-she can be lethal out of that back row. Just not good enough to play regularly at her sister’s school.
Fairly evenly played match but Louisville a bit more talented in the middle. Both teams benefited. I guess it’s a good thing neither of these schools had their men’s rowing team in some regatta today… so it didn’t get cancelled like Purdue-Wisconsin did last week.
Will be interesting to see both of them in the fall.

Kubik looked well, definitely is gonna be Tennessee’s go to player, she was used all over the court
Kerr had to chase a bit, but the passing held up better than expected considering they didn’t have any returning passers on the floor.
serving was bit too easy at times
Chapman had some nice kills from the right side, more from the right than the left for sure.
Didn’t expect them to push Louisville’s starters to 5….
Especially while missing potentially 3 starters in cajic , King, and Mulual .

From accounts of a Duke and Va Tech assist coach, Tennessee had one match this spring where they got wiped out of the gym and it wasn't from any big name team - in Raleigh at a local club facility. Anyone have info on that 1 day tourney and who was there? |

The strongest team of the three is High Point so it was probably them. |

^These spring matches don't mean a whole lot. Not even the entire team plays, not all players even participate in spring activities.

Yeah spring games are a crap shoot
Didn’t Nebraska lose a spring game like within the last decade (I think when the rolfzens were there) to like some random ass team?
I would search their records but I’m too lazy lol
