Of course they did. LBSU if I remember correctly was supposed to host this year but they were overtaken by Hawaii to host the next two years. Maybe LBSU needs to do better in order to have kept it's hosting duties or provide a better package for the BWCT to have agreed to have kept it there. Lol lmfa - still hasn't addressed why a 1 or 2 hour shift to increase exposure is unreasonable. i.e. F the non Hawaii fans, lol if the goal of the tourney is not lose money, the tourney should be canceled vs having a permanent HCA. it's pretty simple The 1-2hr hour shift is unreasonable because pau hana traffic is the absolute worst on those highways which is why even at 7pm start times....people will notice that the arena isn't fully filled until maybe half way of the 1st set. Why? Because everyone is stuff in pau hana traffic from 330pm-700pm. Everyone is literally fighting traffic, finding parking and then finding their seats. So basically you want to not "F the non Hawaii fans" but you basically want to say "FK THE HAWAII FANS!!!!" At least say that truthfully. Lol So yes, it's a great inconvenience and if you ever lived in Hawaii or Oahu in pariticular....you would fully understand it. I mean if the tournament you believed should be canceled then please inform the conference of your suggestion. I'm certainly not gonna stop you. |

I'm certainly not gonna stop you. lol, so your comments are like me saying fix your highways if you want to host events at reasonable times yeah, that arean was full for that SB - UCSD match or have it at 2 pm, perfect time, no traffic the 405 never is clear until after 730 or 8 pm, so I guess Beach should hold all events at 8 pm it won't be me that stops the tournament, it'll be the coaches getting tired of of having a permanent disadvantage, which for now there are 3 coaches that the HCA is something they don't even care about that. When the NCAA touranemnt goes to 12, it'll be less of a issue. |

1.) Yeah you are definitely the only one complaining about it. Lol at least own it dude. 2.) It's a neutral environment but Hawaii is the host and the host school determines the time frames that are agreed with the conference before hand. 3.)Big West always had exposure for the sport. Big West is banking on the extra profit this tournament brings for them and all the extras Hawaiis sponsors provides for each program during their stay here. Apparently your gripe needs to be directed towards the Big West who all agreed to the arrangements well before hand and not Hawaii the host school. 4.) I never said your comment wasn't unreasonable at all. I'm simply stating a fact that the time slots have always been that way and it won't change. You may nit like the answer to that but maybe your concerns should be directed to the Commissioner of the conference instead? 5.) You believe it's an "F non-Hawaii fans" its more.....the tournament is catered to the fans at the host site to fill those seats and bring it tye hundreds of thousands of dollars and sponsorship money that don't come from 90% of the other programs. So that issue you have goes back to the conference and not Hawaii. 6.)The times sound more to accommodate non-Hawaii fans and not Hawaii fans? So are you flipping the script and saying "F Hawaii fans!?!" See how I flipped that argument around on you? Lol 7.) No one thinks it's unreasonable. You just mad that your suggestion isn't going to happen because this is what it's been all 4 years we've hosted and will be a 5th time next year as well. So I guess you can get mad early for next year too cause the time slots will.stay the same for next year's BWCT. Lol I'm simply telling you what is common knowledge for all the years Hawaii has hosted the BWCT. And it won't change.
