lol making up sh%t. and that the Big West conference ageed to teh final start time, stupid but they are the Big West conference - they probably assumed Hawaii would just be i teh final, which didn't happen in 2021 You are a story teller as usual. How far do we have to get to make the NCAA post season tournament, make the BWC final or win the BWC tourney? I'm thinking there's a lot riding on the Stanford/GCU match if we make it to the final but don't win the BWC tourney. Help me out here please.

IMO-LBSU v UH BWC final. IMO- UCLA v GCU MPSF final. UH needs to win they go to NCAAs, they lose, end of season..

Right now, I think Irvine is hungrier. They know that Long Beach is an automatic in even if they lose in the BWT. Irvine knows that if Hawaii wins the BWT, that means Irvine is out as the Long Beach gets the automatic bid. They also know they can beat Long Beach State as they swept them a week ago. They also know that Hawaii beat them 3-2 in Hawaii and 3-1 at Irvine so there might be some revenge there to win in Hawaii. They also have a bye - which means they have time to rest and scout Hawaii/UCSB. I say Irvine wins the semifinals.

Interesting that the BWC is implementing 7 referee officials for the BWC Tournament. The R1 and R2, plus 4 line officials. The 7th official is handling all challenge replays. The R2 is not handling this duty in the BWC Tournament.
