I find it very weird that all of these new player bios completely ignore their pro playing in Europe or elsewhere. They seem to focus exclusively on their college career. I guess it's assume that the target audience really only follows college volleyball, and won't know the pro teams, but if I were someone who had played for one of the big league teams in Italy or Turkey, I would be a bit miffed to have that completely erased from my bio.
I think it mostly comes down to the American audience probably does not care about it… maybe they’ll add it in later down the road

Does anyone have an idea what Liberos in this league would be making on average compared to playing overseas?
for american liberos... probably more than they would bc overseas leagues dont hire americans lol
but its hard to know bc LOVB hasnt given specifics.
60k in PVF is probably more than anything in France/Germany (if they are given housing)
lol yea I was just thinking about how this has to end up being the best professional landing spot for American liberos after college considering how difficult it is to earn a living for that position overseas or even to overtake the spot of players born in those countries.
Really excited to see how this league shapes up in the next few years.

LOVB is killing me. They certainly are trying to create hype, but lack any substance. It's like freaking amateur hour over there. PVF has it's flaws, but at least they don't look like total morons.
