doesnt the MIVA re-shuffle the teams based on seeding when it gets to the tournament semis? So getting the #1 seed is really crucial

Mckendree over Lewis in 5 tonight as well! They take on loyola on Saturday night. Purdue Fort Wayne will take on Ohio state later in the week along with Lindenwood vs ball state. Any upsets coming?

If BSU takes the 2nd match vs. Ohio State on Thursday, can the Cardinals win the MIVA regardless of how the do vs. Lewis on the road?

At this point, I am convinced any of the top 7 teams could win the MIVA tournament. If I were a Vegas odds analyst :
Ohio State 1:1 (without Pastuer 2:1)
Ball State 3:2
Loyola. 2:1
Lewis. 3:1
McKendree 5:1
PFW. 8:1
Linednwood. 15:1

I’m rewatching the Ball St at PFW match and the announcer said that this year is Quincy’s last year in the MIVA. Did I miss something somewhere??

If Ball State can just manage a split at Lewis on Thursday/Saturday, the MIVA tourney should run through Worthen. After this crazy season in the MIVA, predictions are pretty silly to make. But looking at remaining schedules and tie-breakers, this is what my crystal ball is saying for the conference tourney seeds.
1. Ball St.
2. Loyola
3. Ohio St.
4. IPFW
5. Lewis
6. McKendree
7. Lindenwood
8. Queens
9. Quincy
4,5, & 6 could definitely go in any order, but it will be a combo of IPFW, Lewis, McKendree. Regardless, a tense first round match-up awaits preseason favorites OSU and Loyola.

Last nights MIVA matches were a preview of the tournament. Two 5 set marathons. Ohio State over McKendree and Ball State over Lewis.
