Gnarly news story that came up over the weekend. The man has been identified trying to meet a 15 year old boy in a Carls JR in Long Beach. Crazy news and a dark day for all of club boys volleyball.

Good for that "Black Biden" guy for catching guys with nefarious intentions.
A LOT of people connected to that club he was employed by.

Cody was a creeper when he coached at Coast and I see it hasn’t changed/went to a whole new level.

Fuerbringer really needs to do some serious background checks. If this guy was already showing signs at Coast, then it’s really unacceptable, especially with the connection to Mizuno.

This is really weird, puts a bad face on MVB as a whole. Embarssing for rockstar and the community.

This was a club killer in Chicago a few years back for Hitmen. Interested to see how this shakes out in SoCal where there's even more options.

I think it's more the stench that attaches itself to the brand than the circumstances that matters. But Hitmen going down did give rise to 630 which I'd argue is one of the premier Chicago area clubs. Funny how things work out.

Funny how things work out. Brew city results MOD wins 3 divisions Adversity wins 1 SPVB wins 1 Ultimate wins 1 630 wins 0 And yet somehow you come to the conclusion 630 is the premier Chicago club? I’ve never seen them in gold bracket in 18 open at nationals 630 may be biggest in terms of number of teams. And they’ve definitely had some success but I would not call them the premier club in the area

Please take the Chicago volleyball debate to its own thread.

What happened to Sports Performance? Aren't they the elite club? An elite club would have hardware, none of the Chicago clubs have got trophies Think this guy may have been born yesterday!

Changed post to say "one of" top clubs in Chicago so you can all try to get some sleep. Such a touchy group.
