Rowan is definitely going through some form of Sophomore Slump. Multiple missed connections with Champlin. At least 3 sets that go over for easy SC put-aways.
On a side note, I think we've found our defensive lib. Aziz has impressed in this 1st set.

Looks like the coaching staff talked to McQuiggan about pressing over on the block better. So many balls snuck through and fell in front of him at BYU.
Aziz continues to impress in set 2.
If UCLA can serve like this the rest of the year, I would be eternally grateful.

When will USC get a new head coach? because ... Seriously. What they are doing with Nygaard is like what UCLA women's did with Sealy. The only difference is that Sealy won a natty in 2011, but it still took them 12 years to let him go. Don't know how USC got the #1 recruiting class with Nygaard running the show. |
