Chaz kill Net violation called on Chaz Hawaii challenging that the ball was down before the net Stands 25-23 LBSU wins the first set! Hawaii hit .258 vs LBSU at .429. The LBSU block only posted 2 blocks but they essentially turned many of the Hawaii attacks into free balls with great block touches. The Beach also had some great floor defense anchored by (of course) Briggs but Siapanis, Varga and Goldbold are all competent.

I'd like to see Sakanoko in G2, it would be nice to see he can do versus this big block.

Hawaii you battling. That's all we can ask for. Gotta really clean it up. Even without Chakas you guys know you can hang with LBSU. Gonna need that extra push to take this one. Definitely tough but not inpossible.

I am not impressed with Eleu so far defensively. He seems to be in the wrong spot a lot of time.

Hawaii just needs to settle down and clean things up, but it's pretty obvious there's a leader missing on their side of the net.

The margin of error against elite teams is so small, but Hawai'i does look like it can win this.

Rosenthal needs to get the middles involved. He needs to set them a decent ball first. Lol

10 errors between hitting and serving, gotta sharpen it up and play it crisp and clean!

Rosenthal needs to get the middles involved. He needs to set them a decent ball first. Lol I feel like the passing and in-rally ball handling was decent. They're just misconnecting
