What were Lazovic's passing stats in Turkey this season relative to other outsides? I remember watching her in China and being pretty unimpressed. off topic but since we were talking about the line ups a bit I want an outsider option on who should start between maja and Drca admittedly havent watched a ton of Maja this season, but very much in favour of Drca. Shes not the most creative or flashy setter but her set location is so consistently perfect that you take it for granted and barely notice it. Thats what Boskovic needs after the current tag team of Elif and Naz

I don't see Marinova on that Bulgaria roster, which means that Merelin Nikolova will probably be their starting OPP. She had kind of a breakout season this year imo, but it's still some big shoes to fill for the youngster. Maybe Stoyanova surprises like she did at OQTs.

What is the best 14 that Gio can select from the wide roster. I'm pretty bummed none of the big names are there but I get what he is doing. No relegation and the team is already qualified for Paris. Do you think this will negatively impact the teams seed at the Olympics? How well do you think this team will place on the league table? Will they even make the finals?

Now that wide rosters are posted, what are your thoughts on your teams rosters?
What, in your opinion, is the strongest 14 player roster each country can select?
I was pretty spotty on my viewing of this past club season so my predictions will probably not be very accurate. I'll be relying on what I have seen so far this quad from each athlete.

The best line up of Mirkovic/Bjelica Uzelac/Lozo Kurtagic/Osmajic Jegdic/Pusic Is definitely a competitive roster against everyone except a full strength Turkey Italy and USA imo. I’m excited to see uzelac this summer and Lozo can be phenomenal but also poor. If good Lozo shows up this team should be good and Kurtagic is an absolute wall. I think if he plays the strongest roster possible most matches they can probably qualify. Winning against a good but inconsistent DR team day one would go a long way for that. I could see them not qualifying if they get q bad draw or they mix up the line ups a lot. Overall, I really like the roster. He called up all the good young names that could be the future like Ivanovic and Tica. I hope Kurtagic and Osmajic flourish like I think they will. Interested to see if Popovic is just there as a service bc she asked to come back and she’s a legend or if she’s actually in any form to beat out two very solid liberos in Pusic and Jegdic

All of the teams yet to qualify for Paris (those that have a chance to that is) seem to have brought strong rosters.
China, Japan, Italy, Netherlands, Canada, Germany and Thailand.
Serbia is a wild card since they brought a roster of mainly younger players and some who are on the cusp of making the Olympic roster.
I don't think Korea, Bulgaria or France will place outside of the bottom 3 on the league table. I am excited to see France though.
It will be nice to see what everyone will look like with out the threat of relegation this year.

I'm a bit blurry on the details but that is what I was saying. Without relegation this year, we might see more coaches on teams that are already qualified for Paris take some risks with lineups. I think we will see some shuffling from most of the teams. I just think that the teams that will probably be towards the bottom will also stretch their lineups a bit without fear of relegation.

No Howe or Livingston through the OH for Canada. I wonder why they were not included?
Good to see Cross back after being out injured all last summer.
Winzer naming 6 setters has me wondering if she is struggling to settle on a back up for King.

Also LOL what do they need Livingston for? She's been a serving sub for how many years now?
