is howe listed as Johnson? she got married. Howe is there under her married name. Also LOL what do they need Livingston for? She's been a serving sub for how many years now? I was just noting the names I was used to seeing that were missing. That's all. |

Now that wide rosters are posted, what are your thoughts on your teams rosters? What, in your opinion, is the strongest 14 player roster each country can select? I was pretty spotty on my viewing of this past club season so my predictions will probably not be very accurate. I'll be relying on what I have seen so far this quad from each athlete. ill go for Türkiye: while i would like to have some hot takes and pick a couple pet players (İdil Naz, Melis Yılmaz for example), their best 14 is pretty obvious, or at least their best 12 Cansu Elif Vargas Karakurt Hande İlkin Meliha and i guess Tuğba as the best option for a serve sub. Eda Zehra Aslı and a warm body, probably Bahar Akbay (ilu Kübra but she hasnt really shown anything this season) Glzem Simge Most likely Ayça as a back row sub for Karakurt would make more sense than an fourth MB or OH, but Meliha is honestly just fine for that and is at least capable of hitting a pipe if theyre feeling adventurous/desperate. |

karakurt has been up to her usual obnoxious antics and was doing it to Dinamo Moscow and Natalia and Gonchorova complained (gonch actually gave her the middle finger lmao) after the series ended and Natalia had a super long talk with her after the game and then posted on her Instagram how this sort of disrespect doesn’t have a place in volleyball and like pretty much every single relevant international player liked the post and so Brazilians are mad at karakurt again all over social media And then vbw posted that lol Former Turkish NT member Melis Durul being one of those on the long list of players that liked Natalia's post. lol https://www.instagram.com/p/C5ynzGrOwbP |

I dont think the fourth middle has a shot for Paris or really any court time in an important match |

For Japan, it is just the same as recent tournaments in terms of expectations  They'll do generally well in the matches, then likely choke in the most important ones. lol. Wada should be a lock but she's missing. It will all depend on the combinations Manabe uses. So far, the confirmed trimmed training camp roster is 19 players. everyone might play at VNL in diff weeks imo: OH: Koga, Ishikawa, Inoue, Tanaka, Okumu Oba OPP: Hayashi, Kurogo MB: Yamada, Araki, Miyabe, Hirayama, Watanabe, Yamanaka S: Seki, Iwasaki, Matsui L: Kojima, Fukudome, Yamagishi Wada missed the exhibition match and missing in the new training camp photos. Fans are hoping she's just under the weather or what and not removed. OQT starting libero Nishimura played at the exhibition match but missing in new training camp photos - likely out. |
