A DUI and a shoplifting conviction have launched hundreds of entertainment careers in Florida or California. Go West, Go East little bird. Get her on Traitors Season 3 ASAP

This is why John Cook should’ve disciplined Harper the first time, could’ve prevented this. He did. Didn't prevent this. Her legal and personal consequences are significant. Only she can straighten herself out. I hope she does. Never want to see someone throw their career opportunities away, but it happens.

And by discipline there should’ve been a lot done, but a start should’ve been some time off …

He did. Didn't prevent this. Not really. Suspending someone from a meaningless exhibition in Kearney of all places is not a real punishment. Your premise that somehow Cook is responsible or could have done more is stupid. MH is responsible for her actions. She needs to straighten herself out. Her very promising career is at risk. NE Athletic Dept will do their part to help her, both punitively and proactively, but in the end HM must straighten herself up. She is responsible. Not Cook, not the team, not the AD, nor NE. It is very sad to see a young person squander their opportunities, but it happens.

What I said was that he didn't really discipline her. And he didn't. Whether a more substantive punishment would have made a difference is unknown. But I stand by saying that a spring match "suspension" is not a real punishment.

But you say they were inadequate, but if adequate it would have prevented HM from shoplifting. So yes you are placing blame on Cook. Reread the post thread.

Reread your posts. I never said they would have prevented it. I clearly said that it was unknown. Maybe you should re-read them since you didn't comprehend the first time.

This thread is like a qualification tournament for the Reading Olympics. So far, no one has advanced to the Finals.
