VB is much more a team sport. 1 person can’t dominate it like BB.

Nebraska’s volleyball program is the clear answer popularity wise
player wise, the person that made herself head and shoulders above the rest of the country wasn’t even awarded NPOY so that’s gonna be a hard sell

Caitlin’s 3-pointer — Sam Bricio’s serve Caitlin’s ppg — Jordan Thompson’s pps Caitlin’s polarizing effect — Destinee Hooker
I apologize in advance if you’re a fan of these vb players and not Caitlin Clark. Lol

What VB player is going to get these views — no one:
South Carolina’s win over Iowa was seen by an astonishing 18.7 million viewers and peaked at 24.7 million. That’s an 89 percent increase from the 2023 title game and a 285 percent increase from 2022. ESPN says it is the most-watched basketball game (men’s or women’s, college or pro) since 2019.

Karch Kiraly was even bigger than Clark. 3 national championships. 2 gold indoor. 1 gold on the beach. And gold as a head coach. Named world Player of the century. She can’t touch that.

The answer is the only player in the last 25 years to be Most Outstanding Player and not win the national championship, Destinee Hooker.

If vball press worked even a quarter as hard as Avid, players like Plummer would draw 👀. Alas, even Palo Alto is too cool to watch greatness literally slapping them in the face

This makes no sense. Clark isn’t even out of college yet. What does Karch’s post-college accomplishments have to do with anything?
