Not sure if you all saw the headline this morning about Angelos possibly not being retained. I wonder how this will affect the meeting next month regarding staying in Big West.

related to Craig being fired, have you all seen the 247 sports thread with an alleged whistleblower from the athletic department? I also believe it speaks volumes that Timmy and Charlie's players are the only ones coming out and talking about the news that was just dropped.

Yes. I know it's anonymous but if it's true that is absolutely crazy. UH was really on the up with the moves he's already made. I think this sets UH athletic department back even further than what it already is compared to Power 5 schools. I just wonder how this affects UH MVB, given our HC is name dropped in that thread. |

Craig was fired for "performance related reasons." That's some bull if I've ever seen it. He's only done good things since he's gotten to Hawaii. I'm glad the players are initiating this movement to keep him.

Craig Angelos was fully on board with explanding scholarship money and sponsorships for the Warrior program so this is a blow because we don’t know what the next Ahletic Director will be like and the interim lady is never around or is always couped up in her office but she always shows up at any photo op. She doesn’t deserve the job but her friends in the athletic department will be lobbying for her like Laura Beeman and Bob Coolen.

There are pictures of Roman standing next to Parker, his hs teammate (USC freshman now) and they look to be a very similar height. Parker is listed at 7’0 on the USC roster Correct. Roman is 7’0 now as well Definitely with shoes on and has the potential to be the goat middle. |
