Kupono Fey is following him on IG. He couldn't find playing time behind two freshman setters at Pepperdine so he won't mind sitting like Kauling did all year at Hawaii. Idk. But at this point. Whomever the setters are will all be sitting on the bench behind Tread.

Pepperdine is an expensive private school, so he's probably saving money by going to Hawaii.

quick google translate: The administration of A.O.N.S. Milos continues to staff the roster with young and talented athletes and international winger Spyros Hakas could not be absent from this effort. After 4 years of successful presence in Hawaii and more specifically successful presence in the volleyball team of the University of Hawaii, Spyros Hakas returned to his homeland and to the club where he started and took his first volleyball steps. At Hawaii he won 2 NCAA championships and 2 Big West Conference titles. Unfortunately the 2023-24 season came to an inglorious end with his cruciate injury and subsequent surgery. Milos once again opened his arms to welcome the great athlete who started his career at the historic club of Nea Smyrni and to join the plans of Sakis Psarras. Spyros Hakas is currently following a rehabilitation program with the aim of returning to the playing fields as soon as possible. Spyros Hakas after the agreement with the administration of A.O.N.S. Milos said: "I am happy that my professional career is starting at the club where I learned the sport and I am looking forward to playing again at Kroisos Persis with my new teammates. As we have seen in recent seasons, the team is constantly evolving and the project that coach Sakis Psarras has set up is very efficient. I would also like to thank the club of Milos for their understanding and support regarding my injury and the recovery period. It is a difficult period that with patience, work and the support of the right people I hope to be ready as soon as possible".

Even with all the talent coming in it’s going to be interesting to see how all these recruits transition to the college game. At the end of the day it’s about serving and passing. It’s going to be exciting to see how everything evolves.

Congrats to Hawaii commit Roman Payne for making the U19 final roster. Hope he kick azz and put on a good show. Really jacked he chose to be a warrior. He has the tools to be very good. Tall, agile and can hammer the rock. BTW…he is listed at 6-10…same height as former UH target Grant Lamoreaux but looking at the team photo, he is obviously taller than Grant. Roman be our first 7fter in volleyball? 🤙🙏🤩 usavolleyball.org/story/twelve-selected-for-2024-boys-u19-norceca-continental-championship/

I agree. That was the first thing I noticed too in the picture. He has to be 6'11 or 7' if Lamoreaux is indeed 6'10.

What was his name again? Dang it I see his face but forget his name.

I don't think Josh was 7-0. I think he was listed at 6-10.
