I say Wade redshirts this year. I believe way back when, there was an article stating he was being looked at transitioning to be an OH. Coach could be looking at using that redshirt yr to build strength, agility, and stamina at the D1 level. Grooming Wade to be the starter down the road. By his Junior yr, he'll have three yrs under the UH system and should be ready since most of our experienced pins will be gone. I'm sure they'll be other transfers and other recruits ... but
2025 - redshirt Sakanoko - Soph Wieter- Sr Roure - Fr
2026 - R-Frosh Sakanoko - Jr Roure - Soph
2027 - R-Soph Sakanoko - Sr Roure - Jr
2028 - R-JR Sakanoko - gone Roure - gone (it was stated he was going to play 3yrs. Could be a typo, but I say he leaves after 3 yrs) Todd - R-SR

He is not your typical aged freshman with him being 21 already. With Europeans kids, you never know. Some will love it and play till their eligibility are up. Others will see that they have accomplished what they set out to accomplish and will move on. Dimi left with one year of eligibility left while Spyros used all his.

This could also be a conversation that the players had with Charlie; them not staying the entire 4 yrs so Charlie recruited heavy knowing they won't be here the entire 4 yrs.

Kupono following Mandiraci (Turkey) lol. A little too late, should've tried going after him a couple years ago.
If somehow they did get him, Sakanoko can say goodbye to the starting lineup. Big if though.

Big if though. Efe is a professional. He was probably too good to be playing college ball. Someone like him probably got max money after HS. 6-8 and touches 12-2 would be toying with NCAA level players.
