Charlie Wade should never have promised the Starting Setter position to Tread Rosenthal. Charlie Wade should have made Tread Rosenthal earn it. In other words, come in, try to beat out Shewie for that Starting position. Cause in all the matches Hawaii has played against UCI, Shewie has outplayed Tread Rosenthal, and it is not even close.

This lack of setting middle is honestly so f***ing annoying on Hawaii’s part.
At least Thelle had Gasman getting on him about it and it improved in the next season and won it all and it improved each season but Voss just has to take it.
Really hoping that this is improved next season.
