Charlie Wade should never have promised the Starting Setter position to Tread Rosenthal. Charlie Wade should have made Tread Rosenthal earn it. In other words, come in, try to beat out Shewie for that Starting position. Cause in all the matches Hawaii has played against UCI, Shewie has outplayed Tread Rosenthal, and it is not even close. Hawaii had 3 setters either in the program or coming in with Tread, Kauling and Buchanan. Charlie them was honest to let him know that they needed him at libero more. Shewie being versatile is proving he is one steady and consistent setter. Wish him well. But I still believe as cringe as Tread can be at times.....this will prove beneficial in the years to come. |

Hawaii had its chances in 2 of those sets. Spyros on that floor could have been the difference. But it isn't so. Gonna miss ya Spyros! Mahalo!
