Schedule wise I find it odd (some) of the conference tournaments had back-to-back-to-back days of play in a row (Thu, Fri, Sat). But then the teams that made the final tournament have a whole 1+ week off? I thought logically it could start this Tue 4/23.

Sheward definitely spreads the ball around. He gets everyone involved. He's also great at getting the middles going at any opportunity. Flexen's problem is his passing doesn't keep him consistently on the court. D'Arcy has had great moments. That first match against Long Beach, the matches against Lewis and Grand Canyon are prime examples. But during the BWT, he was 7-6-25 across 6 sets. In the last 2 weeks of conference play, he was inconsistent. They need more from him to make it deep in the tournament. clarification. Sheward spread the ball around.........when he's not setting to Henno lol I blame those sets on either (a.) poor passes or (b.) the other two pins not putting away the great balls he set them previously 😂

They cant be missing 2 weeks in a row close to the end of the semester projects/ papers/ finals

The same thing happens during the Women’s Championship immediately before the Christmas break. I’ve proctored Final exams and collected term papers and homework assignments for student athletes who are away from campus for 1-2 week periods.

No. If it’s workable for them, why not?

No. so should the WVB NCAA and MBB and....tournaments be cancelled? Those are 3 weeks, add in conference tournaments, 4 weeks straight just trying to understand what you would like the NCAA tournamnents to become. and these students get extraordinary resources much more than regular students, and they do get to adjust academic schedules if needed. now I would argue for more stringent practic time for all sports, football is grotesque as it is. the product would suffer of course. to me, it's reduction of practice that would help students more so

I think its going to be Long Beach winning the championship. But I am rooting for UCLA and GCU to get the win. I’m still thinking it’s gonna be UCLA repeating. If they can just manage to serve in at a decent rate, they can win loll They’re service receive was lacking in the match against GCU, GCU served them our the building.
