Hickman's behavior and shouting at Varga a couple of points back make it oh so hard for me to cheer for GCU at times. And tbh, I can't stand LBSU as a Hawaii fan. Lol I want GCU to win and take the Natty only cause they never won it before. But his behavior and yelling across the net is such a turn off. Smh

GCU had this match under control and just let their emotions get the best of them. They should’ve just let Harlen and Briggs do their ear thing, but when Gianna started playing along, that was a bad sign.

What you don't want to do is Amp up LBSU who was on the ropes and then get that crowd going and the Beach ride that crowd energy. |

Some of the antics by GCU in a National semi situation proves how newbie they are to the whole thing. You don't ever mock the crowd who is overwhelmingly against you and hype them up which also amps up your opponent. You basically gave LBSU life when they were on the ropes awaiting the knock out punch. GCU the amateurs in the tournament may have to learn the hard way. Smh
