Next up, LMU playing at SMU at noon. It will be interesting to see if SMU can keep up the high level, clean play that they showed against Nebraska.

It will be interesting to see if SMU can keep up the high level, clean play that they showed against Nebraska. I don't have ACCNX, but the stats show SMU took the first set 25-12 over LMU with SMU hitting .556 and LMU hitting .043. 🥴 It looks like Tabron had 6 kills in the first set, and Shime and Foster had 3 each. For LMU, Meyers was 3 for 3 and no one else with more than a kill. Anyone watching the stream? Edit: Second set closer, with SMU up 17-16. |

USD squandered some leads against UCSB and got down 0-2 but managed to squeak out a third set win and are headed to the fourth.

USD pulled out a 3-2 win over UCSB this afternoon for their first win of the season. They are now 1-4. Hope they can build on their last three sets. They have some nice pieces.
