ay2013 what is the rules around people actually playing the fantasy game in good faith? If people don't bother sending in rosters or putting in stats, should they even get points for the week? ( Stanlifornia and sfvbsfvb , I'm specifically looking at you two, though there are others) What constitutes a forfeit, because it's been disappointing and frustrating for whoever plays against said person, having to do all the work. Oh I'm happy to drop. I just wanted to draft a team and coast |

Idk if every member had the same idea of how much they should/would commit and I think it's too late at this point to make/push people to forfeit the league. However maigrey is completely right, this has been an issue this season. I do think next year, to prevent something like this happening again, there should be an emphasis on the commitment and wanting people to be engaged. I don't know how to enforce that because people will naturally have things pop up that could affect their involvement but I think you can try to make sure every participant understand you need to be participating regularly to get the most out of it. Tbh ppl having the same rosters every week doesn't bother me because if you are competing against them, then you can use it to your advantage. Regarding inputing opponent's stats, I keep track of my opponent's stats on my own spreadsheet anyway. Therefore, i've never view it as extra work when i had to put in stan's stats on the official spreadsheet, because i was already tracking it. But I can understand where the frustration comes from that. If sfvbsfvb want to drop, then have at it. I'm just not going to push anyone to drop this late in the game. |

But, you should have let me know - I hate drafting and like managing the team; we could have paired up! |

(i put in her stats) you must have 2 MBs playing; you can't sub a Setter in for a MB. If you had a 4th MB, or if this was an 'ANY' player, you'd be correct. This question came up earlier in the season, and this was the answer: You must have 3 OH, 2MB, 1S, 1L play to have a legal team. If you don't have enough players to make that minimum roster, the slots go in as zeros, and don't get replaced by the bench. You may want to trade out for some MBs that see playing time; remember if you drop Favor, you must pick up another Freshman as you are required to have one on your roster at all times. |
