Can't believe Illinois and Michigan still get votes, and Oklahoma gets ignored.

Not only ranked, but they had NO listed points last week (they might have been one of the teams on only one ballot).

Again, this is why this poll is flawed. Wisconsin is definitely playing the 2nd best ball in the Big10 and yet they are 4 spots behind Purdue (and only 84 points ahead of OSU). The rigidity of the voting is really, really annoying.
Note they didn't correct the Ohio-Cal Poly mistake from last week either.

Easy. They played nobodies and managed to go undefeated in non-conference, by which time voters apparently couldn't get them out of their minds. Despite the fact that they haven't managed to win a single conference match. Now, let's talk about BYU or Pepperdine or ...

That can be the only answer. I share your pain, BTW.........

Hey Ruffda, didn't Wisconsin lose to Santa Barbra?? Are you saying that match should not count on the record? Ohio State lost to #9 Purdue and the best team in the Nation without a doubt-Penn State. I don't think the rankings stand for how hot a team is during a two week period, but how they have done the entire season.

Robert Morris, Iona, Lehigh and IUPUI ain't exactly top shelf....and OSU's shameful pre season schedule is now starting to hang around their necks like Jacob Marley's chains......

Just burns Ruffda that Purdue is ranked higher than his Gophers. Has since the first poll. We'll find out if he's right in 2 weeks time and we'll be able watch it the next day on ESPN2.
