Wonder if that makes a scholie available to over Bartek? No way would she go to Kansas and sitting but I also didn't think Kentucky had a spot until I saw this. Then why is she going to visit Kansas if she is interested?

I heard a rumor that Sarah Snider from Alabama was leaving after her 2nd year.

You also have to remember the biggest reason players transfer is that they can't get on the court. That might be true for American players, but for Canadians, as Edwards said, missing poutine is the number one reason for transferring. I wonder if she tried burgout while she was in Kentucky, however; that is one awesome dish and almost as good as poutine.

Hmm, that is about as unique a reason to transfer as I have heard in a long while. I love poutine, but I also love brunswick stew, which is like a burgoo, so I would have to go with the burgoo.

Being from Ohio, I know that Marsh and Hausfeld are also tansferring from Kentucky. That is four pretty big losses. What I don't understand is that three of these girls were starters and played a lot. Will Kentucky be able to field a team this spring. I looked on their roster and they only have five players still with the team.

NMSU got a transfer - Alyssa Gintant, who played two years at Iowa State, a member of the Big 12 conference.
Anyone have any info on her?

Normally I would think of this as good news, but Kentucky is our travel partner.

Now I see how UK was able to bring in 5 new players this year. Really odd to see 4 players leave a team when there isn't a coaching change. Hausfeld, Fisher and Edwards all saw significant playing time as well. I understand Edwards wants to set, so can't blame her, but I guess Hausfeld and Fisher and Marsh just weren't happy for whatever reason. They do return Britenriker, Nzenwa and Rumely, but the other spots are wide open, having to replace both outsides, the right side and the libero. Should be interesting in Lexington.

How many of the four leaving KU were Skinner's recruits. Looks like he has a heck of a recruiting class. Maybe a top 10.

One or two more are also leaving Kentucky. Wow, sounds like something isn't right up in Lexington if that's true. Another transfer, Mary McGinnis(Angie's little sis) has transferred from Illinois State to a community college close to her home in Michigan.

Wow, is it too late to pull the match at ISU from next year's schedule?
