I like Benson. She's gonna be good. Just like that it's 22-22. Lynch creeping over .200.

IT'S OVER - THE HOOSIERS ARE WINNERS.
THESE KIDS HAD IT IN THEM FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS AND THE MONON SPIKE IS BACK IN B'TOWN. AS YOU CAN SEE, THE BALANCE OF POWER IN RECRUITING IN-STATERS HAS SHIFTED TO IU. BENSON AND WITTMER, BOTH FROSH MH, STARTING IN THE BIG TEN AND ARE 1-0 VS. THE PU BOILERS.
WAY TO GO.

Rising from the ashes.

this is a great opportunity to give the props to the iu bunch. nobody knows this team but everyone should take some notice. when short hits severe negative and they win, that's big. iu has not lost a game 4 all year. benson is legit as a frosh; word is she was hitting over pu on the slide and could not be stopped. wittmer is handling the middle well after NO GREAT HS BALL/EXPERIENCE WITH FAST OFFENSE AND DEFENSE. hall was big tonight - if she comes close to that they will easily go 10-10 in big ten and be dancing. ditteon may be the best player they have - getting 3 kpg, digging 2+, getting aces, passing, blocking near 1 pg . . . time to give these kids their credit.

This was pretty sloppy volleyball for the most part. After two games, Purdue had a huge advantage in digs. But Indiana controlled both games 3 and 4 from the middle of those games on. Seemed like neither team had much happening on the left side.
Hard to say what the difference was here. Blocking? Hitting errors? I'm kind of stumped. Indiana in no way looked like they were lucky to win, however. Like I said, I thought they controlled games 3 and 4.
The BTN does another thing right: they televise most of these matches from the end line perspective. It would have been better if the camera was a little higher, but this is nice to see.

Such famous parents Indiana has.

Two separate comments. Sorry.
I was referring to Benson and Hilgenberg.
