USA will play against their major rivalry Cuba tonight(08/11, 12:30 PM Beijing time but it's 08/10, 9:30 PM PDT)...how will their chances be against our long time nemisis?
Good luck ladies!

I hope the USA plays well. I think that they will. This is their first chance to really make a statement at these Olympics as Cuba played very well in their opening match. Whichever middle is matched up with Carillo will have a tough day on their hands and will be key to slowing down the Cuban attack. Slowing down Ruiz should help as well.
I think the USA matches up well with Cuba and barring any major breakdown in passing I predict a 3-1 win going to team USA.

9:25 PDT and match is still "Delayed"; Anyone know why? If it follows Algeria/Serbia; that one was done as fast as you'd expect, if they are even on the same court; 11-13-13 or something like that, and Algeria did not win.

Teams now on the court for warm-ups.
Can't wait for the start. This should be a good one.

NBC and CBC are both broadcasting the match this morning, but am watching the streaming video on cbc.ca.
Intros of starting line-ups and USA going with same line-up as against Japan.
