...which means absolutely nothing. I don't understand what you mean. Height is not a function of how good a setter is.

I don't understand what you mean. Height is not a function of how good a setter is. They never claimed it was. They were simply stating it's been awhile since hawaii has had a tall setter. That's not a lie

If Kendra is that good at setting and hitting, I could see her playing Opposite, that is opposite the setter. That way Shoji can have 2 setter on the court at all times, instead of running a 6-2. Not only that, she would be a very offensive setter, to boot.

Not only that, she would be a very offensive setter, to boot. My thoughts exactly. She has minor approach/foot speed issue but she sees her angle and seem to have a nice vertical jump. I like that she uses a lot of beach shots. And she has fire in her eyes and she has love for the game. Personality to boot. shoji and co. Got a gem.

I don't understand what you mean. Height is not a function of how good a setter is. I didn't say that. In fact I agree with you. Kamana'o was listed as 5-8, averaged a block a game and was considered as one of Hawaii's best, 5-8 Vakasausau beat out 6-1 Carey, etc. I was simply stating that Koelsch is the only UH setter to be 6-0 since Carey. And she is slated to backup the smaller Higgins.
