Every year is a rebuilding year for PSU and yet they still pound out outstanding teams. A team led by the best coach in women's college volleyball that is currently starting four seniors and two juniors, five of which are national championship starters, and returns their First-Team All-America setter while loading up the roster with what is arguably the best freshmen class ever assembled in the history of the sport is "rebuilding?" Forgive me while I laugh out loud. [b First of all frantii is a freshman starting so your wrong already.

Any altitude adjustments for UW in Provo, or about the same? Have I mentioned I'm going to this match? Have I mentioned it will be mid 80's? Hope they don't try to honor me at intermission or anything They had trouble with the altitude at Colorado in Boulder (5,430 ft) last year and were upset (3-1), but then swept Utah in Salt Lake City (4,226 ft). Provo is 4,551 ft. Fort Collins, where Wisconsin is playing, is 5,003 ft. The adjustment is that balls that are in at sea-level can be out at altitude. It can also play havoc with your serve and serve-receive.

Is there anything else you can do, besides conditioning, of course?

Yeah, you need a good vacuum cleaner and a really big bell jar. Actually, I think there are things you could spray on the ball that would reduce air drag, but it might make it a little difficult to play.

I would love to watch the Colorado State vs. Wisconsin match. Personally, I think it could go either way.

Wow, only 4 more voters and we'll have 100 voters. Quite the sample size!

Illinois seems to be top-10 good, and they'll likely get a Stanford team who are more focused on beating Penn State. If PSU weren't visiting, I don't think many would pick the upset.

The biggest upset (not most likely) would be CSU over Wisconsin. Ft. Collins is a tough place to play, especially when they make it a 'white out' match. If the Rams get ahead -> look out! Not sure if CSU has the horses this year though. Maybe someone who follows CSU closely will chime in.
