Oklahoma doesn't seem to have an aversion to Gregory. Texas / OU rivalry. Doesn't matter if it's football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, track, etc.

Well, I was watching the re-airing of the Texas/OU match on ESPN3. I was surprised to see Paulina Prieto-Cerame playing for Texas as I had not heard that she left Penn State. So I looked online to get info on her transfer and was directed to a thread on this forum. That's how I found VT. I'm sorry your team lost; you don't have to be so butt-hurt about it. And yet you knew Texas was overrated all season. Seems like you really don't know much at all.

Ok, you feel that Texas was over rated all season. To have that opinion you must have had some basis of comparison, LIKE FOLLOWING PREVIOUS MATCHES, HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF THE ROSTERS, PLAYERS WHO WERE PLAYING! So watching the match you see Prieto-Cerame and are surprised? Then to me, that calls in to question how you could feel Texas is overrated. You're busted, Kokyu please pass the TROLL title to Hashtag.

So how bad is Neal's injury? Is she out for a while? I would have thought after last December that Texas would have addressed this depth issue in the passing game.

I was referring to their lack of match play. You can't deny the fact that Texas has played significantly fewer matches than every other team in the nation, including their fellow Big XII members. Their light schedule finally caught up with them, and they got spanked on their home court by the Sooners.
And who the !!!!###$$$!!! is Kokyu? Your transsexual lover?

So how bad is Neal's injury? Is she out for a while? I would have thought after last December that Texas would have addressed this depth issue in the passing game. It's being said she has been feeling soreness and the coaching staff is resting her as a precaution so that she's ready for post season. I'm guessing it hasn't been necessary for an MRI to be done to check her labrum, etc. But of course, just a guess.
Meanwhile, Victoria really struggled in the matches against TCU and OU. Her 3 consecutive errors in the final set when Texas had come back to take a 14-13 lead changed the set from 14-13 to 14-16. And then Eckerman was aced and Texas had to take a timeout down 14-17. In the timeout, you could see Sullivan chastising Victoria and Elliott and Johnson getting on the team with Johnson show showing proper dig / pass form to the team. Wasn't pretty.

You really lack an understanding of how many matches Elliott schedules each season and why. He doesn't always schedule the team for four tournaments like other programs and emphasizes out of conference matches near or at regional sites.
But keep on thinking the number of matches had anything to do against their biggest rival. And thanks for saving your 1st post (under this username) to tell us what you have known all season!

This thread quickly became a funny little soap opera.....LOL
I do believe Texas is overrated in the polls at this point in the season. I feel they are a top 2 team in talent, but at this point in the season are a 5-10 team in execution. I am a Texas fan, but have been waiting for this type of loss. I am glad it happened now rather than late in the year so real corrections / adjustments can be made and there is time to recover.

austintatious, you sound paranoid. You need to be punch-f|sted in your vag|na repeatedly. Now bend over and spread your cheeks boy. See, you could have just left it alone, and chalked it up to a learning experience if you were really new to site, but now you either have no common sense or have created a new name to irritate the Texas fans, and offend others.

All season it's been evident that we have the talent but just not seeming to gel properly. I'll say that Texas will undoubtedly never be a great passing team but they never struggled this season any where near as much as they did against OU. Amy Neal needs to get some credit in my eyes for how she has steadied the back row Victoria shouldn't not be starting whether it's her defense or offense. Just not consistent enough.

this was the most exciting match I've seen all season. Exciting if you are an OU fan!!!
OU's coach is something else isn't he?
What a contrast in coaching styles between him and Elliott? I presume they don't care for each other because they barely acknowledged each other in the pre-match hand shake.
