TAV 15 Black is looking pretty consistent as they won the Mid-East Qualifier last week and now the Pacific Northwest Qualifier. Names to remember: LS Sienna Sechrist RS Avery Stowell MH Andreea Padura S Courtney Buzzerio, Erika Alvagna L Reva Blitz I hope Penn State is taking notes. Maybe you could email them and make them aware of who the top prospects are, I am sure they dont have the access to the same list of kids posted on every vb publication, blog, fansite on the planet. You have listed about 20 kids they should be recruiting even though you have never seen any of them play, or spoken to anyone who has? What makes you think I haven't contacted them already?

MTC, it's not a good idea to try to contact the recruits (or even coaches, unless you have credentials/credibility or something). Please let the coaches do their job and because they are good at what they do. Also, they know more about the rules and regulations than you do. Please don't jeopardize it for us Penn State fans and/or Unitversity. Just be a fan and leave it at that.

Because I believe you have some limits to the level you'll embarrass yourself. That and it's very difficult to recommend recruits to coaches when you have never seen play or don't know anything about or never spoken to any of the people who do know anything about them

I have no limits but I don't recommend players just note names for information purposes. I expect PSU to have a solid 2018 recruiting class. I think their recruiting is going to surprise a few people.

A strong recruiting class wouldn't surprise anyone who hasn't been living under a rock the past decade.

Dorothy, please stop digging again. PSU did not have a strong recruiting class in 2008,2013 and 2016 isn't looking very strong either. I guess you were living under a rock back then. The jury is out for 2017. However the 2018 class looks very deep and PSU will have many open spots to fill.

Their 2008 class was so disappointing that it only led to two titles in the next 3 years. The lowly 2013 class, won a title in 2014, and has a few years to prove what kind of class they were. You lterally don't know what you are talking about. You are critical of current recruiting despite 1. Never having seen any of these kids play. 2. Never speaking to anyone who works with them or has seen them play. 3. having zero experience working with, or evaluating volleyball talent. Recruiting is a crap shoot for those folks who are experts, but you seemingly know whats good and bad about prospects with no experience whatsoever.

Dorothy, you are an idiot! In 2008 PSU recruiting class had Kabbes, Shifflet, and Tice. In 2013 the class include Robertson, Krause, and Muller. Please check the facts before you go spouting off.

Maybe we can pick up some good players if you screw things up for the Kitty Lions.

Dorothy implied that PSU always has a solid recruiting class which is BS. In 2008 and 2013 those recruiting classes were not even in the top 40. PSU has very solid recruiting classes when they lose multiple starters to graduation which will happen again in 2014. Dorothy stated the PSU coaches recruit hard every year and I was just pointing out some years are much more successful recruiting than other years. I do think PSU will still be very competitive even if they don't add any more recruits in 2016 and 2017.

IMO 2018 will be a very good year for PSU recruiting.

There are a limited amount of scholarships available to be doled out, so it's only natural that a great recruiting class or two would be followed by a quiet one. It's a part of the cycle. Not sure why you get the impression that this signifies disappointing recruiting in Penn States case during certain years..
