I am thinking, the NCAA Selection Committee will go back to giving PSU patsy opponents until the Regional Final. Cause when PSU does not have walk over opponents they cannot even reach the Regional Final. Enough Said. BS. Six Titles in Eight years. And they beat the best of the rest in all those Final Fours. But they always had the easiest road to the Final Four until this year. When they face stiffer competition prior to the Final Four guess what, NO Final Four appearance.

In the last decade psu, more than any program has shown that it can beat any other team. Regardless if it comes in the sub regional, regional or final four.

Congrats to Hawaii on the win. It is good that someone else will win the title this year and that the Wahine have come up with some big wins despite being far from home due to the RPI and the NCAA's desire to save money. I have thought this was a top ten or better team all season, and this supports that theory. Minnesota is a very good team as well, so it should be an interesting regional final.

Also, while I am sure the Penn State seniors are disappointed with how their season ended, winning two national championships is still an amazing career for them by any objective standard. I was unhappy that my favorite team ended up on the other side in two of their title runs, but they still did a great job there. Just because other classes there had almost unbelievable runs of 3-4 titles in no way diminishes their achievements. It is a class that I will be happy to see graduate, since they were very hard to beat.

Do you know what you're even talking about? I suggest you do a little research before writing.

happy for tonight's win but we still have a lot of volleyball to play.
minnesota is gonna be tough. let's not forget that minnesota swept psu just a few weeks ago so they're just as hungry to get to the final four as na wahine are.
good luck tomorrow.

KHON Hawaii/Penn St News Highlights It's funny watching how teams celebrate after beating Penn State - it's like they won the National Championship. Congrats to Hawaii, I wish them the best.

So true, how many really good players who graduated, wouldn't give a left arm (so to speak) to have just ONE National Championship. The Penn State seniors had extremely successful careers at Penn State; 2 NC's is nothing to scoff at. Just goes to show how difficult it is to make it to the final.
