I'll make another prediction (perhaps not quite as bold). Of the men's teams, with the exception of Phil/Nick, Gibb and Taylor will have the most success. I see Jake with some renewed fire playing with Taylor plus I think Taylor will benefit from the switch to the left side. My prediction: Jake/Crabb finish the season with different partners.

Is this a volleytalk conspiracy to make the exact opposite of my predictions? Or am I just that bad at reading the future?

Id also predict the Crabbs play at least once together this year.

April is preggo by early 2017.
KW dusts off someone in her age/peer group.
Claes improves her ball control & sets with confidence and she and Hughes dominate after another strong college run.
The Witt twins become breakout stars on the AVP.
The new college blood attracts new sponsors and the men will struggle to be on NBC.

Keep your eye on Casey/Theo...Doubt Gibb/Taylor work out as I still think Casey was the stronger one on the duo, but who knows...

Jen Kessy is pregnant so I think she may be out for awhile. Thats a shame. I love Jen's attitude when she plays even if she is well past it. For first team to break up Rosie/Trevor has to be a good bet. Reminds me a little of when a young Larry Witt played with Brent Frohoff at the end of his career. Trevor was close to winning a lot last year and this seems like a step back. Not sure where he could have gone, maybe Slick, but it seems like Trevor is dedicated to blocking. I am still waiting to hear why the Crabb switch. Just doesnt seem to make much sense, maybe to do with points

Is Hagglund done with indoors?

KW & AR still the best team.
Summer will be playing with someone else.
Witt & Witt will be higher than 1/2 the women's list.
Put the men's side in a blender after a month or so into the season.
Perhaps a few x indoor players will be added to the quotient of both genders.
I'd like to see a beach centric Alex K in shape and taking names. A marketable athlete in many aspects.

Is Hagglund done with indoors? Let's hope so the beach game could use a great ball control defender like her.

I know she hit some in club and high school, but not convinced she'll have the offense to side out consistently. Someone mentioned she's the same height as Carico - that might be close to true, but Carico has huge hops and was an all-American outside hitter in college.
