The twins really should get split IMO. I agree, but I just don't think UCLA has any good talls to pair them with. With two years left, I think we'll see them at #1 until they graduate. Sometimes chemistry is more important than height....and boy do they have chemistry!

They are All Americans both Seasons and have a great record against most no 1 team except Claes and Hughes. If one of them was not injured late in the season, their record would be even better

YGB should transfer to UCLA to take the spot by TVW. She is too good to be on the bench at Texas. UCLA is close to home and was her second choice
Texas fans are going to kill me

She should stay and battle for a spot. Sports is there to prepare one for competition in the real world....IMO.

If UCLA were interested in adding a player, it would likely be a MB or Setter.

Per Rich Kern, Devon Chang, 2018 Setter from A4, has decommitted from Cal and is now a UCLA verbal. Big news.

What does that mean for 2018 commit Hawley Harrer? also a setter.

What does that mean for 2018 commit Hawley Harrer? also a setter. I have always thought of her as having a higher ceiling on the sand. That said, she's a very solid setter, and a 6-3 southpaw. But why are we even trying to predict what Sealy is going to try to do with his setters anyways? Since Van Orden: Moenoa, Strehlow, Muno, and Miller have all come in as the "next" setter to own the position for years, and none have done so.

Maybe Sealy is interested in running 6-2.

Maybe Sealy is interested in running 6-2. If he had Van Winden, sure.... but May seems to be a viable six rotation opposite

What does that mean for 2018 commit Hawley Harrer? also a setter. I never understood the Harrer choice. She was a project. I don't see Chang putting up much resistance as a blocker. She will get lots of blocking opportunities in a 5-1 if the Pac 12 coaches are smart

I am worried about her at the net though, she is listed at 5' 11 but that is very generous. I'd say 5'9 tops.

Maybe Sealy got her for nothing(walk on) or we will be hearing about Harrer as a decommit?
