Per Rich Kern, Devon Chang, 2018 Setter from A4, has decommitted from Cal and is now a UCLA verbal. Big news. Honestly one of the biggest moves for the class of 2018. She has to be one of the most underrated Setters in that class.

Not sure what ultimately swayed her but know that she will be getting a great education, even if there is a lot more competition for setting time.

UCLA picked up a big, if expected, commitment with 2020 Alison Jacobs out of Legacy.

Is Sealey running a traditional 6-2 this year? Last year the OHs didn't pass or play back row. The OPPs (Van Winden and Buechler) played all around and Formico played back row/serves for Anderson/Lawless, right? I could see them doing something similar to this, with May and Buechler the 6 rotation right sides, and Mosser and Light playing FR on the left. I don't think Sealy trusts any of his setters enough to run a 5-1 with them. That rotation had TVW on the left some, which may not work as well for May as a lefty. Anderson, TVW, Beuchler, and Lawless all hit on both the left and right. Lawless, TVW, and Anderson are gone. Might be hard to replicate this will so many Frosh.

She is a better outside than opposite. She only plays opp for the National junior team becos Of better players on the left TVW is a big loss becos she is a true opposite. I am the biggest Buechler critic but her hitting got much better after she moved to the spot opposite TVW last year

who will be this years libero? Last year, I thought Muno was pretty good. She was popping balls up like crazy.

She should've just transferred to Hawaii. LOL jk. She has been in the both the beach world and indoor. Too bad she hasn't had that chance to excel.

Did the TVW move force her move to pin?
