Both US women's teams are playing the two pool play matches on the same day (August 24).

Good news for Summer/Sweat is all teams advance to the elimination bracket. For sure... handling Larissa/Talita and Laura/Kira on the same day is no easy feat. On a side note, seems like no one from the US made it on time in Hamburg for the players boat cruise.

Good news for Summer/Sweat is all teams advance to the elimination bracket. really?? vow that is a really stupid system. I guess I won`t even waste time watching pool play games knowing everyone is moving on to the elimination round.

Looks like team who tops the pool gets automatic placement in quarterfinals.
Then I guess the 2nd and 3rd ranked teams play for a spot in the quarterfinals in that case.

Each pool play only consists of 3 teams meaning 2 games to be played for each team. Team 1 plays Team 2. Team 2 plays Team 3. Team 3 plays Team 1.

JB You are a patient man! Lol. Teach this novice the ways of a bracket- he is a little unclear on the concept😊

JB You are a patient man! Lol. Teach this novice the ways of a bracket- he is a little unclear on the concept😊 She* Tomorrow's Canada v. Canada match should be interesting. Last year at Toronto Finals, these two teams were battling for country quota and now this year it's their first pool play. Sarah Pavan/Melissa Humana-Parades vs Heather Bansley/Brandie Wilkerson at 8AM EST
