And word of advice. Many people, like myself, probably use a tool like Google Translate to gain some context and understanding of the Italian news about the matches. The translations of course can be very entertaining. They can also be more, um, interesting. Sarah Wilhite (who auto-spellcheck wants to turn into "Sarah Wichita") plays for UYBA. One of their key players is Italian Federica Stufi. Don't say I didn't warn you when you plug her quotes into Translate. Like when she was asked about expectations prior to the season: Stufi: "Questo è per noi un punto di partenza, come ho detto alle mie compagne. Oggi ho visto carattere e atteggiamento che non avevo visto durante il precampionato. Bene la prestazione, peccato per la sconfitta. Cosa mi ha impressionato dal punto di vista tecnico in questa partita: sicuramente Bartsch, è come me la ricordavo". It's fun to notice Sarah Wilhite playing for UYBA is googletranslated from Italian to English as "Wichita". Currently, Wichita Libero (Italian) used to play for UYBA before coming to US

I want to guess how many spikes Hancock will have. I`m guessing around 10-15 swings.
ESPN announcer - Daniella Hancock LOL, no more Micha.

Holy crap, that rally at 7-4.
Scandicci struggling on serve receive early, Monza ganging up on Haak.

What was the moment of silence for? I don`t know if that is the reason, but a fan died at the arena during a men`s game last weekend, maybe could be it.

Why doesn't Carlini love herself... she picks a team that is literally 2013 Wisconsin
She's got a DS playing outside again (L. Bosetti)
No elite pin hitters again
A couple of good middles, but not game-changers, again
Old DLC and Chapman might as well be twins, gamewise

She`s one of the very best and she`s a game changer. Last season she scored almost 100 blocks while 2nd place Melandri got 60. Adenizia was averaging 20 points per game last season. Their pass is not great, but Carlini is the one running a very predictable game so far.
