Yep. But as you can infer from above, it "politely" used its soft power to coerce Zé Roberto in not calling Tifanny. Yeah, my feeling is that FIVB is inclined to ban trans players to play on women teams, but they just haven't formally state it yet. So when they do ban transgenders will all her supporters shut up and say it’s the rules put in place by the FIVB so we have to live with it like they are telling everybody that is currently against her playing now? Doubtful...

Doubtful... I didn't say that is what FIVB will do. I am saying that is what FIVB might do based on the absence of Tiffany on the roster. Who knows, FIVB might allow trans players. But my hunch is that they won't, at least not without some limit and quotas. As for Tiff's supporters, well, they can shout and scream as much as they want, but there aren't exactly a huge market for trans players, so FIVB will likely ignore the ruckus. Money and influence is what matters.
