so Crosson jumped ship to Cal.
jake look at the bright side.
When the daughters of Taylor Nelson and the Van Winden sisters play for Cal Poly, the mustangs will again be ranked and have a shot to make the sweet 16.
jake you may have to wait just a little ... like 25 years. LOL

Cal Poly only signed 1 setter, backup to their Co-Freshman of the Year I'm sure , to a L.O.I.
With Crosson at Cal I wonder if Kendra Ham is still coming to Cal Poly?

Any new recruits for the 2019 recruiting class on CAL POLY's radar? Cal Poly has 2 recruits in the 2019 senior aces top 100. Grace King 5-10 OH/ds from Menlo High & Vision VC Jordyn amoy 5-11 setter from Temecula Valley high & Wave VC Press Enterprise article
Jordyn amoy signed a L.O.I. with Cal Poly in November.
With Crosson at Cal is Grace King still coming to Cal Poly?

Where are you jake?
When a school has a head coaching change players are given an opportunity to transfer.
If Cal Poly has a bunch of players thinking of transferring out today who will talk them into staying?
jake are you going to talk all the players into staying at Cal Poly? jake who's job is that?
Until Cal Poly hires the next head coach who is minding the store? Who is behind the wheel this Christmas?

lol, Crosson can click his heels three times
thank you Mom's of Taylor Nelson and Adlee Van Winden!!!
now he's off to Cal, good luck!
the guy has done a good job, at the same time he was the luckiest coach in the nation with Nelson and AVW handed to him on a silver platter.
just remember, in 7 years at Poly, someone please tell me the number of Pac-12 schools he beat.........??
UCLA this year, at home, the worst UCLA team in the last 6 years.
the Cal Poly AD is a dolt, so we'll see how he handles this hire.

The AD will hire someone with GMS experience even though he has no idea what GMS is all about.

Crosson made $130,000 a year
Cal Poly will not be hurting for quality ..........a lot of quality assistants out there that will jump at the chance for this, even some head coaches
definitely a number of Pac-12, Big West & WCC assistants will throw their hat into the ring

Working,...there is a life after college women's VB.
No,...No,...No.
Very hard to say who will be selected as the next HC,...an extremely significant hire, to say the least. A Xmas wish,...Chris Tamas, who was an assistant at CAL POLY for two years. Maybe Chris is tired of all that miserable midwest weather and would like to return to the beautiful California Central Coast. You never know!

actually, there might be a long-shot way to get Tamas
hire his wife
she's a volunteer assistant at Illinois. Poly could pay Tamas head coaching salary, and then pay his wife as the associate coach, they could get to $200 k that way
of course I don't think that is even likely to happen, he probably makes a bit more than that at Illinois, and just got to the final 4, pretty easy to recruit with that
and Poly's football and basketball programs are in the tank, which probably doesn't give the AD much wiggle room to entice on salary
plus, possible there is a buyout
still, if I'm the AD at Poly, I have to call Tamas to ask the question about a possible package deal
they interviewed Hilliard at San Diego last go around, not sure that Poly would be able to meet his demands, but never know at some point Hilliard may want that head gig, and when you look at next year's line-up, it's a great situation for any incoming coach

If Cal Poly cannot bring in a Hillard type then they should see if Micky Haley would be interested for a short term solution. I hear USC has cut some of their players so Haley could possibly bring a few in. Will be a very interesting and important hire for Poly.

When a school has a head coaching change players are given an opportunity to transfer. If Cal Poly has a bunch of players thinking of transferring out today who will talk them into staying? Why would the players transfer? They just finished a great season, and only had heartbreak at the end due to a concussion to their top hitter. They only lose two players and still have a great team with their star hitter, who is the key to the rest of their offense. I don't see the players bailing just because Crosson got the Cal job. IMO, the best way to keep the program headed in the positive direction they've been going, with minimal shake up, is to give Walters the HC position. She was already the associate head coach and has been there since 2010.
