Where are the numbers coming from?
BVB has Stafford and Billy Allen with most amount of points.

Eric playing another season with Ed? That seems like a step backward Heard Zaun is very particular about partners. Maybe he and Ed mesh personality wise and/or no available big played well with him.

Saw Ricardo today, he was coaching so I couldn't ask him who he is planning on playing with. Next time

Reid may be in serious trouble if Ricardo goes with Chaim again, Reid probably offering very generous split to keep Ricardo around.

Why would Reid want to play with Ricardo if he wants to compete internationally?

Sand vb always needs more players. Reid would like that but realistically he probably can't get it now. Who is left? I see Reid basically having two options: 1) Try to recruit a player new to the beach and build together, ala Klineman. Problems here are that there is no real equivalent to Klineman on the men's side and that Reid is not April. 2) Wait and try to pick up a top blocker when a break up happens. Here he would absolutely want to play with Ricardo. Say Theo gets off to a bad start with Hyden. Is he going to be more inclined to go with Reid if Priddy is registering 7ths with Casebeer or if he is making semis with Ricardo? Reid needs to impress a top guy to get picked up and he isnt going to do that playing with mid-table players. Oh and this is our weekly update that Reid isnt getting anywhere close to the Olympics

I don’t think Reid and Casebeer will still be playing together after that qualifier match against Miles and Bill Kolinske in The Hague. As Trevor Crabb called it in the Sandcast “they just weren’t clicking.”

As Trevor Crabb called it in the Sandcast “they just weren’t clicking.” People said the same thing about Reid and Ricardo after that horrible choke against Slick/Allen but they stuck together and came back to place 3rd at MB. Can't see Reid giving up on a partnership after one bad match. And I'm not sure Jeremy has any better options at this point. Maybe back to Mayer?

John Mayer mentioned he couldn’t make The Hague tournament because he already had a camp set up for that time frame before the FIVB schedule came out. Can’t really think of someone Reid can partner up for the international tournaments. But he needs to start collecting points if he wants to qualify for Olympics. That starts in 2019.

The only viable options for both avp and fivb for priddy are casebeer or lorenz, and lorenz isn't an international player in any way, shape, or form.

Been trying to follow Tri and his recovery/setbacks, etc. - does anyone know his current status? Read up a little about that disease he has - really feel sorry for that guy - hope he somehow can get it into remission?
