Lol There will be talent coming to Drive Nation. Many top teams in the area are interested in Drive Nation due to the coaching staff and the incredible facility. There will be a lot of movement in the North Texas Region due to Drive Nation. I've heard that the facility is great. They also have a great automated Volleytalk posting system.

I can't believe Metro did not get an at-large, they finished more consistently in the gold bracket than any other team that did not win a bid. How many texas teams does that make?

Metro played in four qualifiers. Twice they made the gold pools but didn't win a match. Once they got knocked out on day 1. Then in Philly, they DID make it to the final match, playing for the bid but lost and didn't beat any qualified teams to get to that point. I wish Metro would've gotten in over additional teams from Texas and California, but I understand why they missed out.

Pools for World Challenge have been out for about a week, top seed is Munciana, #2 is Lex United with K2 ( ) and OT 18 Aaron filing out the top 4. Not sure what K2 has done to get such a lofty ranking which is above A4 (5), Drive Nation (6) and even TAV (8) and SPVB (7). SPVB did finish quite a bit lower than K2 at Bluegrass and K2 does deserve a top pool seed but 3 is head scratching. Rest of the pools top seeds are: 9: Top Select 10: Uno Girls 11: Illini Elite 12: A5 Mixuno 18-1 Over the past 4 years (2017-->2014) Munciana has finished 9th, 3rd, 3rd and 5th SPVB 18 E has finished 9th, 1st, 2nd and 1st TAV 18 Black has finished 5th, 2nd, (no) and 2nd

They are 6-3 against the field- Wins against the field: Upward Stars 18 Corey, Upward Stars 18 Corey, SPVB 18 Elite, Lex United 18 Adidas, FaR Out 18 Black, Tri-State Elite 18 Blue Losses against the field: Munciana 18 Samurai, Lex United 18 Adidas, Tri-State Elite 18 Blue Wins and losses are all against quality teams. Also, at Bluegrass, K2 gave Muncie by far the closest match of anyone in the semi's. They are legit.

They have also lost to Kiva 17 Red, MiELite, twice to both Tri State Elite 17 and 18, ID Crush "Good" losses have been to Samurai (2X), Coast, TAV, SA Magic, Lex United (1-1 vs). I do not dispute that they belong in top 4-6 at all and I know it is just a seed, everything plays out eventually. I just do not feel a 3 seed in a tourney like this is warranted given some of their losses.

Not trying to get off topic and not opening this up for butler discussion but RB is here in Louisville. Walked by, saw him schmoozzing a pair of coaches.
