USC is out of the top 25? Florida has McKissock and Okammor but please refresh my memory on who else they have? Hendrickson, Victoria (younger sis of Pilar), among others. McBride decommitted and is now Miss State.

Demetria Sance was an Olympian, not an alternate!

Early guesses at a top 10 for 2020? I'm going to go with, in no particular order Ndiaye L. Smith Londot (STAR IN THE MAKING!!!!) Reinhardt Shaffmaster (though I'd disagree with this one) Cullen Cabello Landfair (who will probably get #1 overall) Skinner (who I think should be #1 overall) hmmmm... best all around OH I've seen in this class is Hamilton but I'll do a homer pick and say Endsley I'd also comment that there are a number of very good OH's in the class! I could easily see all the setters being tossed out and putting in more OH's. Ok after a year of club play for this group I’ll revise my top 10 picks to be (in no particular order) Ndaiye L. Smith Robinson Londot Cullen Johnson Cabello Landfair Skinner Wenass (though i still wonder how offensive she will be against bigger teams, her all around game solid and is a tad taller than debeer) And then a ton of OH’s in the 11-20: Mruzik, Endsley, Debeer, Hamilton, Williams, Jacobs, Demps I’d still comment that I think all the setters in the top 10 could be replaced with hitters this year, but I think those three will probably push the top 10 re the setters. Mia T is very good but I think she gets knocked a little for being short, cest la vie. I also think Rousseau looks like a better tall setter prospect than Shaffmaster, but that’s just me.

Top 5 recruiting Class: 1- Minnesota 2- Wisconsin 3- Florida 4- Texas 5- Stanford I Have to think Kentucky is in the mix for top 5 and I would put them ahead of Florida if we are not counting Sofia Victoria. UCLA and Michigan are also in the mix to make the top 5 - both teams possibly having a Top 10 player, a Top 20 and other pieces. Does Brown make the Top 20? They could end up with two senior aces (double the number of senior aces among all current Ivy League rosters).

I’d probably have them over Stanford and Florida (these three were all close IMO) but Stanford is Stanford and Florida has a legit 5-1 setter and Mckissok is a game changing libero. Okammors stock for sure has risen this year. Texas has that OH-S-L combo that are all near the top of the class that will prolly keep them pretty high in the class rankings. Top 2 if somehow they consider Parra (wasn’t Pavan considered for Nebraska?) Could just as easily see a ranking of 1- Minnesota 2- Kentucky 3- Texas 4- Wisconsin 5- Florida After Minnesota, just depends what the coaches are valuing in their rankings. But I would be a bit surprised if some combination of Texas, Wisconsin, Florida, Kentucky, Stanford aren’t in the next 5. Re UCLA- Ndiaye really does improve their top 5 chances, but they are missing a high profile setter. Michigan doesn’t have a high profile middle.

Michigan has Scotte Johnson, arguably the best setter in the class. About Kentucky, is Rutherford going to develop as a setter or rightside?

I think her name is Gromme or something like that... so maybe Rutherford as OPP.

Anyone know of any uncommitted standouts from club season?
ETA: I know Lauren Ware is still doing vball/bball visits for her top schools, right?
