Tiny girls with towels. Don't turn your back on them either. They can be dangerous. I was once a towel boy in a brothel, but my family believed I played piano.

By my calculations, PSU's next loss will be Russ's 200th. In 40 years.

Did your family think you were playing piano in the brothel, while you were actually the towel boy? I believe that's what I intended the sentence to mean. Let me share the sentence I paraphrased; [in a military setting] "Please don't tell my family that I'm in the (pick a branch of service one wants to tease/denigrate), they believe I play piano in a brothel." Does that help? I was playing off the towel girl thing.

Its interesting to me that Penn State will have, on average, 1+1/2 freshman on the court at any given time whereas Minnesota may have, on average, 2 freshman on the court. That coupled with Penn States 2 RS Seniors and a Grad Student to Minnesota's one Senior makes Penn State by far the more experienced team of the two. Minnesota, I think will have to step up their game to win this one.
That is an interesting observation.
I'm certain that most PSU fans don't consider this year's team more experienced than Minny.
As far as I can recall I'd say Penn St has 3 freshmen on the floor most rotations.
Freshmen with significant playing time: Parker, Hord, Gray, Hampton.
Upperclassmen with significant playing time: Wieskircher, Leath, White, Reed.
In any case, I have chalked up a PSU loss for this one; Minny is tough at home.
So I admit I forgot about the DS position so that means 2+1/2 on average. You still have the edge on super seniors though.

Although I am happy we have them, unless those Super Seniors are relatives of SuperGirl, I don't think we are better off than the Gophers.

This was my recollection as well. I have PSU in 4. I wish I could watch this one live.

This will be the first large, rowdy crowd for the PSU younguns. Lets see how they hold up to the environment. Want to see PSU in four.

Key factor here will be if Reed plays. She didn't dress at American on Saturday.

But I will tell what is more interesting. 4 of PSU's 6 hitters are just Freshmen. With what Minnesota is returning and having a loud aggressive gym at home, it would be stunning if they lost to this young PSU squad.

I added links and some quotes from the press releases from each school. I am nervous and excited for the season to start. Go Gophers.
