Imagine how different their season woukd’ve been with Muno setting and TVW and Mirkovic on the pins This... How he couldn’t keep TVW from transferring to a non P5 school and how he didn’t manage to land Mirkovic who was in his backyard is beyond me.

Mick couldn’t play nice with the SWA. Let’s be real. Mick couldn’t play nice with a lot of people at USC. You could have left off "at USC".

He hasn't lived in Orange County in a while.... I am pretty sure that Speraw is living in Huntington Beach. For the non-LA folks, that's about an hour and a half commute each direction during traffic (meaning all the time except 2am).

Hes made the round of 16 more often than not, but those two non tournament years speak volumes. I firmly believe hes a good coach, (even though he sucks at calling time outs), but UCLA is one of the most historical volleyball programs so well have to wait and see. You nailed the problem: UCLA is now viewed as an historical volleyball program. I was wondering when someone was going to bring up the collegiate women's volleyball landscape that has changed around UCLA in the last 20+ years....

I have heard about unhappy athletes at UCLA for quite sometime. Fat-shaming has been mentioned more than a few times when it comes to Sealy. Missing the AA nomination was unacceptable. I have not been impressed with his results (recruiting, conference and tournament performance) in the last few years.

But it's not like LBSU, where the Power 5 ascension has pushed them out. UCLA is still in the PAC 12, still in Los Angeles, still a great school.

I have no knowledge of any of Sealy's actions, but Gimmilaro at Long Beach was notorious for forcing his players to be in a certain shape. I believe Russ at Penn State does weekly weigh in's to monitor players weights. What does fat-shaming mean ? Verbal abuse?
