Thank you, Kerri always jumps in defending anyone who worked for other team. β€οΈππ€π€πͺππππ€£ Whoops..Forgot. Yours is the only opinion that matters. My mistake! Your opinions are biased, check your record, zero AVP praise, all P90 defense. My takes praise and critique in equal parts.

That one about AVP streaming your college tournaments was a gas, good one KWJ.

Or maybe he just likes living in FL & coaching!! Just sayin... Shutup Kerri Seems odd that the only person consistently on the side of Kerri and p1440 gets bullied and criticized in a very aggressive manner here whereas there are many equally committed to much dumber viewpoints who are not treated with nearly the hostility. Surely civility is not too much to ask for absent some provocation

They are 99% about P90 and KWJ and yes, Palm played for P90 so my point is valid.

It wasn't pro or con any tour. I don't group all your bullsh*t postings together, or anyone's. When you are calm you make some good posts.

Great year and opportunity for the AVP, with expanded fields and Olympic qualifying fielding a good majority of elite teams, it's a great opportunity for young guys to get points and become established.
Who breaks through? Is this the year we finally see a young no name team come through the qualifier and explode in the main draw teams. Anybody with grassroots knowledge of the LA beaches know of any young teenyboppers who might make some interesting noise this year?
I for one am really hoping we can get a major focus of talking AVP around here instead of FIVB. I get that the FIVB product is a superior product, but there's opportunity for continued growth with the AVP game and this year they really need to make their entire player pool known instead of just the usual suspects. For a long time I have been starved of watching the next great player burst onto the scene at a young age and grow to be the best. In the 90s it was Kent Steffes for me. In the 2000s it was Rosie, mainly with his backstory and explosive ability. For a while I was thinking it was Taylor Crabb and he is a good one, but his development in legacy has ceiling off a bit and I think it's mostly because of Gibb at the highest level unfortunately.

Field is next breakthrough player as I predicted years ago now, he's Steffes 2.0, not in results yet but probably more physicality gifted.

Field is already 25, and although he has shot up the rankings nicely, there is still a lot of questions about him. When Crabb was 25 he was dominating AVP's and competing at a high level on the FIVB. I'm more curious on the younger players closer to 20.

Not for the FIVB, which unfortunately is way ahead of the USA, and 25 is a seasoned vet. 9 of the top 20 players (regarding current team rankings) are 26 and under. Field isn't anywhere remotely close to that, and I couldn't see he even will be. He'll surely be in the mix of International players at some point, but not anytime sooner, and certainly not on a team that is registered in the top 10.
