Based on the numbers of 5.86 kill / set, WHY not feed Pressley the ball more? She is number 2 in the country (in avg). Her per set avg is just sky high and the volume is not enough of 258. Give her more volume with that avg! If #1 is good then having her volume align with that avg will mean more than #1 ranking at the end of the season. Or... maybe her average is that high because they mix things up and aren’t predictable going to her every time. Baylor is #2 in the nation in hitting average for a reason. Whatever Lockin is doing is working

And it’s actually the largest Baptist university in the world, not just the US!

^ there aren't many Baptists outside the US. Actually there aren't many Baptists outside the South/Southwest.

Not completely inconsistent with your comment, but Baptists are the largest protestant denomination in the United States, by a sizable margin. I'd likely agree with you that they are largely congregated in the South/Southwest, but you'd have to be strangely oblivious to not be aware of them.

Well 100 million worldwide and 35 million in the US means there are at least 65 million outside the South/Southwest. Oh, but the Ukrainian Baptists Church is based in Dnipro in Southern Ukraine and the largest seminary in Nigeria (7 million baptists) is in Ogbomosho which is in Southwest Nigeria so I guess most baptists do live in the south/southwest of various countries... good catch!

Anyone know what recruits Baylor has coming in over the next couple of years? Was thinking about their current line-up and they will return 5 starters, so just need to replace Milana and Stafford, and probably add one DS for Van der Mark still. A 6 row OH would be ideal, although I bet Bowden might be back row for Johnson as she moves in at the front. Obviously Bramschrieber moves to the bro.
Anyone else dying inside from the anticipation of the Texas match tomorrow? I need it to be here already.

I really don’t know much about AJ Koele but could she be a middle?

I hope most of the non-Christian athletes, especially the foreign ones, aren't put off by the prayer requests. I'm a nonbeliever despite having gone to Catholic school in my youth and I'm not bothered by it. Usually, when people are doing group prayers with their heads down, I respectfully remain quiet and have my head down too, but I don't close my eyes and I sometimes look around. I certainly don't pray. That's just going too far.

I really don’t know much about AJ Koele but could she be a middle? From what I hear and have seen, she’s not good enough to ever really see the court. Her very isn’t very high, so lack range hitting and height blocking.

Baylor will have 4 setters in 2021 since Williams is redshirting. Looks like Baylor needs a strong transfer this upcoming season or that KJ/Campbell need to step it up. Kind of surprised in the shorter setter route too. Lockin is almost 6-1 which makes a huge difference. Still, the coaching staff has proven they can both recruit and train very well, so am pumped to see what unfolds over the coming years.
